    I get anxious alot…always have and this last year was a real challenge as I gained lots of weight after my dad passed away. Six months ago I started walking everyday & eating healthy. Lost 25 lbs so far & still going. I like these tips.

    All of this is good advice. I definitely believe eating small meals throughout the day to maintain blood sugar is sound advice.

    These are great tips. This time of year can be really hectic and stressful and sometimes I let the time get away and don’t eat when I should. Trying to make sure not to skip meals helps me to keep from being irritable, tired and stressed.

    Thank you for all the great tips, I’ve never thought about some of these tips but makes sense! I will definitely be trying them, i already eat small meals throughout the day.

  13. I really like this and am going to bookmark it. I have really bad anxiety already and this time of year can make it increase.

  14. Breathing helps me. The best way to get oxygen to the part of your brain that controls fight or flight is breath in for 4 seconds, hold for 1, and release/blow for 8. Works!

  15. I exercise every day but I should start eating more magnesium.

  17. For me its prayer to Jesus, everything in moderation and doing things you like to do instead always what you have to do.
