BetterBodyFoods.com is my new favorite website! Your go to place for kicking off a healthy lifestyle. Being a chef and providing healthy good for you food for college kids is always a plus for me, so I’m always coming up for fun recipes to try at work. I’ve always been a huge fan of PB2, but this website is going to become my newest addiction. My friend is bakery at work, I share a jar with her. She is more creative when it comes to bake goods, so I thought sharing is caring after all.

Nice, my mom uses peanut powder.
I make no-bake energy bars, never have a recipe. This sounds really good. This summer I have been slicing bananas and cutting them into small rounds, then freezing on a plate. They are good that way, but wowie, I want to try this for a change from plain frozen bananas! Sounds so good!
