    These are great tips! I do most of these. I always am filled up on fruit and veggies, and trying to always move around. That way I really don’t feel bad when I do indulge. Thank you for sharing!

  6. For me it means just saying no to all alcoholic beverages. One glass of plain eggnog is good for me.
