  2. First of all can I just say how much I LOVE the name of your blog – it is awesome! My hubby and I follow a low carb lifestyle which is not easy sometimes when we are traveling, and we travel a lot. Nuts are great for us, I also make up some edamame which I salt and eat as a snack, we also take tried sausage. For work trips I also bring peanut butter and low carb jelly and make my own sandwiches with low carb bread – then when I do eat out I try to be reasonable. Great tips!
