There’s quite a few parks in our county that the kids enjoy going to, here are some Alamance County Parks worth taking the kids to on a sunny day, plenty of space to run, have fun and spend time with your kids outside away from electronics. All while staying hydrated with BodyArmor SuperDrink and these 4 things will also come in handy, when you have kids involved.

First Aid Kit

Everyone with kids knows this is something pretty important to have with you at all times with little ones, but even more important while at the park. My go to first aid kit to always have with me is from Me4Kidz medipro first aid kit. Each kit includes 100 items to keep you prepared for your basic first aid needs.

Baby Wipes

Kids are always messy, sticky and covered in dirt. Let’s make the process easier for everyone involved with something as simple as baby wipes. Bloom baby sensitive skin unscented hypoallergenic is always my go to wipes. They nourishes and protects with plant-derived vitamins A, B-Complex and D. They’re also safe for all skin types, including sensitive skin, rash-prone and eczema.

Sunscreen Bug Guard

With all of the rain we have had in North Carolina this year, the mosquitoes are HORRIBLE. With that said, as soon as you walk outside, if you’re not wearing bug spray, you’re getting eaten alive. It’s always important to wear sunscreen outside, even when it’s sunny. We have always been fans of Avon SKIN-SO-SOFT Bug Guard. It smells amazing and always does a nice job of protecting my kid’s skin. It’s also a good plus to wear a hat for head protections.
