I believe what the author is trying to say is that being a Christian isn’t about who you are on the outside, but what’s on the inside. However if you live a Godly life and have Jesus on in the side, it will show on the outside. The author said he was led to publish books, that God led him to do it. I love this, because God takes broken people to help other broken people. I am a firm believer on this. This book is what I needed for my weary soul. I’ve been struggling a lot over the few years and this year, my faith with God has really grown and it’s been amazing.
