My favorite way is with essential oil and candles. I’m super stressed out these few last days and a few more coming, I was having good success with my lavender candle, then I burned through that. I’m noticing two other candles I’ve been trying don’t work as good to calm me. These candles sound good, I’d like to try them. For essential oils, my lemon and tangerine are my self care. I’ve tried several tangerines, the one I have now I really like by Sun Essential oils, it is more complex than others I’ve tried. I’m freaking I ran out of the lavender candle… and can’t get another until I can get to a store, with no car not so easy.

The candles are really pretty. I find I am always more relaxed when I have a candle lit. There is something about the fragrance that is so calming.
I could use something to boost things right now. I used to burn candles quite a bit, but got out of the habit. Plus, with finances as they are, hard to justify even that expense.

I can often be found sitting on my back deck with a cuppa hot cocoa in one hand, a book in the other and a blanket around me while relaxing on my porch swing.
