There’s no returns or refunds on digital products.
Shipping + Delivery
Printed Mint does not guarantee estimated shipping carrier timelines. Domestic shipments generally arrive at their desired location within 2-8 business days of the ship date, depending on the shipping method you select. All delivery timelines listed at checkout are estimates only and may vary.
Shipping carriers may experience delays that are beyond the estimated arrival date. Printed Mint has no control over shipping carrier delays. Printed Mint cannot replace an order or refund shipping fees due to delays once an order is in the carrier’s possession.
If a carrier experiences mass carrier delays, we will convey the information we receive via social media or newsletter. You may also reach out to us at any time by contacting [email protected] *If you are ordering in bulk, your items may ship in multiple boxes.
Damaged during shipping:
If your item(s) is damaged during transit, please notify us within 5 Business Days. Upon approval of your claim, your replacement item will be replaced and shipped ASAP.
Once your order is placed online, it cannot be canceled for any reason. If you have any question about product returns, discrepancies, back-ordered items or anything else, please contact the Printed Mint home office directly by emailing – [email protected]
All return shipping charges will be borne by the Retailer unless the item is being returned because of a manufacturer’s defect. Reshipment fees apply to all returned packages due to an undeliverable address. Credit for shipping charges will be given at the end of the refund process. Printed Mint will refund GROUND SHIPPING charges on returns for defects. ANY OTHER METHOD OF RETURN SHIPPING WILL NOT BE GRANTED.
If a product is deemed defective, a complete inspection of products returned will take place to determine the authentication of a request. If an item is approved for replacement, the original sales order receipt/number must accompany the item being returned. Items that are replaced will be identical to the original order and have the same design unless it is determined by the company that a change would be beneficial.
Printed Mint will not claim responsibility for any items that may become retired or completely discontinued without notice. Please check our product alert page HERE for the latest product information.
Printed Mint will warrant manufacturer defects for items returned for replacement or repair within 7 days of product delivery date. Items that are defective may only be replaced with the same product and design. Sometimes there will be variations in shape, color, and size of personalized products. Printed Mint makes no warranty or representation as to the fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, craftsmanship or any other warranty or guarantees concerning products or services purchased from or through Printed Mint. Items will not be refunded, replaced or exchanged if it is determined that the product is damaged by common discoloring or normal wear. Printed Mint reserves the right to examine each item that is being returned. Under certain circumstances, a Retailer may be contacted to discuss the damaged product(s).
Due to variations in print material or computer monitor settings, we cannot guarantee your color will be an exact match. Color variance should be expected. Colors may vary on different materials. For example, ordering a ceramic mug to match a glass cutting board – The materials are completely different and may vary in color even when submitting the same color.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions:
Printed Mint reserves the right to have periodic promotions throughout the year. Discounts apply to regular priced items within the guidelines of the promotion. Discounts will be applied to your cart subtotal before taxes and shipping. Applicable taxes and fees will still be applied. The discount is only valid for the dates listed on the promo. You may redeem one promotion code per order.
Shipping + Delivery
All items are shipped via US Postal Service, DHL, or FedEx and/or its affiliates. Printed Mint reserves the right to select an alternate carrier or shipping method (different from the carrier selected by you at checkout) so long as it does not result in an additional charge to you the customer, or result in the order being delayed beyond the parameters set forth below. Shipping times on wholesale items and the “ship date” are determined by the nature of the product.
*NOTE FedEx is not able to ship to PO Boxes. Anytime you need to ship an order to a PO Box, you must select one of the USPS shipping options at checkout.
Affiliate Links & FTC Rules
Periodically I will review or mention products and services on my website. If I believe it is a good product, and the merchant selling said product or service offers an affiliate program, I have no issue referring others to the product via an affiliate link, which means I may receive a commission or some form of compensation if you buy the product I recommend. When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
