I want to share this amazing recipe I made today, I promise it will knock your socks off.  It’s called creamy rosa tortellini pasta and it’s made with peppers, Italian chicken sausage and mushrooms.

The Bertolli® Organic Creamy Alfredo Sauce is an organic pasta sauce made with the finest organic ingredients, like plump tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil and Romano cheese. The Bertolli® Organic Traditional Tomato & Basil Sauce is made with organic ingredients, like fresh cream, whole milk, real butter, and aged Parmesan and Romano cheeses, this Alfredo Sauce brings rich, authentic flavor to your table.

With Valentine’s Day right around the corner, this recipe is the perfect recipe to share with the one you love or if you’re single like me, I ate it with myself. The best part of this dish it’s simple, it’s filling and it’s delicious. What are your plans for Valentine’s Day? I’m not doing anything special for Valentine’s Day, I’m working that day, but more importantly it’s payday. So I plan on having a dinner for Hailey and I. We’re gonna watch some Netflix before bed.

After you dice up your sausage, mixed peppers and mushrooms, you can toss them all together with some oil in a pan and saute them off for about 10 minutes.

The star in all of this is Bertolli® Organic Creamy Alfredo Sauce & Bertolli® Organic Traditional Tomato & Basil Sauce. Both of these Bertolli Sauces are great by themselves, but when you mix them together, magic happens.

Make sure you mix everything together well and then it’s ready to serve. I ate two bowls of Creamy Rosa Tortellini Pasta, it was amazing.
