Creamy Rosa Tortellini Pasta with Bertolli® Organic Sauces

Today, I made something amazing that I just have to share — it’s called Creamy Rosa Tortellini Pasta, and trust me, it will absolutely knock your socks off! This creamy, flavorful pasta dish is loaded with peppers, Italian chicken sausage, mushrooms, and the magic combo of Bertolli® Organic Creamy Alfredo Sauce and Bertolli® Organic Traditional Tomato & Basil Sauce.

Why You’ll Love It:

Bertolli uses the finest organic ingredients — fresh cream, whole milk, real butter, and aged Parmesan and Romano cheeses — to craft their Organic Creamy Alfredo Sauce, delivering a rich, authentic flavor you can taste in every bite. The Bertolli Organic Traditional Tomato & Basil Sauce brings even more freshness with plump tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, and fragrant basil. Together, they create the perfect creamy rosa sauce for this easy, hearty meal.

With Valentine’s Day right around the corner, this recipe makes a great dish to share with someone you love — or if you’re like me (single and thriving!), it’s perfect for a cozy night in. Personally, I’ll be celebrating Valentine’s Day by working (yay for payday!) and then having a little dinner date with my daughter, Hailey, followed by some Netflix before bed.

How to Make Creamy Rosa Tortellini Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle Bertolli® Organic Creamy Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 bottle Bertolli® Organic Traditional Tomato & Basil Sauce
  • 1 package Italian chicken sausage, diced
  • 1 bag tortellini pasta
  • 1 each: yellow, orange, and red bell peppers, diced
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 2 ounces shaved Pecorino Romano cheese
  • Olive oil for sautéing

Instructions:

  1. Start by dicing your Italian chicken sausage, mushrooms, and colorful peppers.
  2. Heat a large pan with a little olive oil, sauté the sausage, mushrooms, and peppers for about 10 minutes until cooked through and lightly browned.
  3. Pour in both the Bertolli® Organic Creamy Alfredo Sauce and Bertolli® Organic Traditional Tomato & Basil Sauce. Stir everything together well to create that dreamy creamy rosa sauce.
  4. In a separate pot, boil your tortellini according to package directions. Drain, then toss it right into the pan with the sauce and veggies.
  5. Plate it up and finish each bowl with a generous sprinkle of shaved Pecorino Romano cheese.

I ended up eating two bowls of this Creamy Rosa Tortellini Pasta — it was just that good. It’s filling, simple to make, and bursting with flavor.

Remember to pin this Creamy Rosa Tortellini Pasta for later, because once you try it, you’ll definitely want to make it again.

I hope you have a wonderful Valentine’s Day — or if you’re like me, a fantastic Singles Awareness Day! Honestly, who needs an excuse to enjoy a big bowl of creamy pasta??
