When we lived in Central Virginia – going to Central Park FunLand in Fredericksburg, VA was our favorite place to take the kids. I figured since we were going up for the weekend, it would be the perfect place to take the kids for Jr’s 9th birthday bash. I was going to my first Yule Ball at Black Cat in Washington DC with friends. So here’s what a day trip looks like in Washington DC to kill time before the show.
